By filling in the documents for participation electronically, signature and seal are not required. Confirming Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions makes valid your application-contract by the Legal Acceptance of Electronic Documents. By signing the Application forms, the EXHIBITOR agrees to receive from the ORGANIZER – information letters, news, offers, and new proposals, advertising and marketing messages related to HOLIDAY & SPA VIRTUAL SHOW SUMMER EDITION and/or other events organized by PRIM EXPO. You can unsubscribe to notifications at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with "unsubscribe" and your email address will be removed from our database.

Your application will be confirmed with a proforma invoice and an email to finalise it.

The Application Contract is considered valid after paying 100% of the Registration Fee.

Exhibitors who have not paid their full amount will not be allowed to participate.

For the stand - images and logo; contact email address; FB Messenger - business profile of the business;

For offers - your information offers in a .doc file. The offer must have a short and clear title, recommended length up to 30 characters + illustrative image with size 800x530 px or 3: 2 / base x height, file .jpg or .png /. For Focus Offer - additional image.

For a video on the stand - a link to your video on YouTube. If you have several videos for broadcasting they must be mounted together with one link..

For the catalog of the event - a short presentation of your company with contact details: address, email, website, social networks / business profiles / up to 300 characters:

For advertising - a banner in the Lobby and a banner on the Facade, file .jpg or .png; for video advertising - a link to your video on YouTube.

Company catalog - link to your business catalog in .pdf format, uploaded on your site or on another platform.

Deadline for sending the materials - April 10, 2021.
Materials submitted after this deadline will not be published.

Possibility to leave a video of the presentation on the platform, which will be available throughout the exhibition and the period of activity of the offers.

You will receive a video link to download from your presentation in HD format after the event. We will provide a direct link to the event with your participation, with the specific time and date of broadcast, ready for sharing on social networks and the Internet.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN HOLIDAY & SPA VIRTUAL SHOW SUMMER EDITION

1. ORGANIZER

2. RIGHTS FOR PARTICIPATION

All Bulgarian and Foreign physical and juridical persons are entitled to participation with an object of a business corresponding to the subject of the Exhibition. The EXHIBITOR has no right to pre-access the space rented by him and to advertise third parties and other trademarks without the agreement of the ORGANIZER.

3. APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION

The application for participation is made by the Exhibitor completed and sent within the specified time in Application-contract. The application-contract is considered valid after payment on a pro forma invoice issued by the ORGANIZER.

4. WITHDRAWAL FROM PARTICIPATION

Withdrawal from participation is accepted if it is made in writing no later than 12.04.2021. After the due time is over, the Exhibitor is obliged to pay to the Organizer 75 EUR.

5. TERMINATION

The ORGANIZER may terminate the event and/or change the date for any reason. If you wish to participate in the revised event, the terms continue to apply. If you inform the ORGANIZER in writing within five /5/ working days after the announced change that you do not want to participate in the changed event, the amount paid by you will be refunded and the ORGANIZER will have no other responsibilities to you.

6. ACCESS TO NETWORK AND DEVISEC

The platform is delivered via the Internet and is subject to restrictions, delays and other problems inherent in the use of Internet and electronic communications.
Use of the Services provided through URBO requires a continuous connection to Internet. You are responsible for gaining access to the network required to use the Services. Your mobile data and messaging charges may apply when you use the Services from a wireless device. You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining compatible devices required to access and use the Services and Applications. URBO does not warrant that the Services, or any part thereof, will operate on a particular type of device. In addition, the Services may be affected by defects and delays caused by the use of the Internet and electronic

7. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

The ORGANIZER provides a VIRTUAL SPACE, taking into account the concept and thematic layout of the exhibition.
The ORGANIZER is responsible for the development and settings of the event, the website and the platform and ensures that it will provide the platform in a professional and user-friendly way. The platform that makes the services available does not contain viruses or other harmful components.
The ORGANIZER is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful delivery, viruses, hacker intrusions or other damages resulting from such problems.
The ORGANIZER does not guarantee that the use of the platform will be safe, without interruption or without errors.
The ORGANIZER is not responsible and does not owe anything to the EXHIBITOR if the video connections are not made for reasons beyond his control.
The EXHIBITOR is responsible for its own virtual stand and for the availability of all technical requirements that allow you to use the link to the website and the platform of the event.
The EXHIBITOR is obliged to send in time his offers, images, videos, logos, etc. necessary materials, hereinafter referred to as CONTENTS in time. If you fail to meet the CONTENT requirements in a timely manner and do not follow the agreed schedule, the ORGANIZER will not be obliged to publish them.
The EXHIBITOR is responsible for the creation of the CONTENT that does not contradict the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
THE EXHIBITOR provides to the ORGANIZER unlimitedly and free of charge its CONTENT for the purpose of development, promotion, reproduction, popularization, distribution and archiving of the event.

8. WORKING TIME

22 – 25.04.2021; 0:00 – 24:00
Maintenance:
22 – 23.04.2021 (Thursday, Friday), 09:00 – 20:00
24 – 25.04.2021 (Saturday, Sunday), 09:00 – 18:00
After the event closes, the content will remain online until June 30, 2021, allowing participants and visitors to still find important information and contacts.

9. TERMS AND PAYMENT

Prices are valid for the entire exhibition period.
THE EXHIBITOR pays 100% registration fee upon registration. Deadline for registration 08.04.2021 г.
Cancellation of extra ordered services and supplies is accepted not later than 12.04.2021.
Exhibitors who have not paid their participation fee, will not be allowed to participate.
PAYMENT
Each Exhibitor can pay the fee for participation by a bank transfer with an issued pro forma invoice after filling in the Application Form.
The prices applicable for the services can be found on www.travelmarket.bg, as well as on the URBO website www.urboapp.com. These prices may change periodically. It is your responsibility to find out about the current prices of the services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for cancellation or reduction of participation in the virtual event must be made in writing to [email protected] by 12.04.2021 and take effect upon receipt by HOLIDAY & SPA VIRTUAL SHOW SUMMER EDITION.
If HOLIDAY & SPA VIRTUAL SHOW SUMMER EDITION receives written notice of cancellation after 12.04.2021, a cancellation fee of 75 Euros will be due.

10. OTHER CONDITIONS

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Exhibitor is aware that some of the information provided under this Agreement contains personal data, that is subject to special protection under current legislation. By signing this agreement, the Exhibitor gives its consent to the Organizer to collect, process and provide to institutions and third parties the personal data submitted to him for the purposes of this Agreement and the requirements of the applicable laws for the duration of the Agreement and 5 years beyond its expiry date. The Exhibitor has the right of access to the personal data stored at Organizer, and undertakes to promptly notify the Organizer upon their amendment.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In case of Force majeure circumstances or any other event out of the ORGANIZER' S control, the EXHIBITOR has not right to compensation. In all cases of force majeure (force majeure within the meaning of the Commercial Law), the parties agree additionally on the conditions for extension of the contract or its termination, in the latter case settle their financial relations depending on the performance of the contract up to the date on the occurrence of the force majeure circumstance.

11. FINAL REGULATIONS

The ORGANIZER has the right to make changes in the General Conditions for participation, informing the Exhibitor for that in time. For unsettled causes between the parties are used the General Regulations of the Bulgarian legislation.
